We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to live & work on the Kulin Nation. The traditional land in which Ben resides is Woi Wurrung country and Mike, Boon Wurrung country. As we travel around the country delivering presentations & workshops, we also strive to always know the traditional land in which we pass through and/or visit whilst acknowledging the hundreds of traditional nations that exist to form what we know today as being Australia. We acknowledge the rich history, cultural significance & deep connection the First Nations people have had and continue to have with these lands for over 60,000 years and we pay our respects to the Wurundjeri Elders; past, present & emerging.

We kicked off R U OK? Day at one of Icons construction sites in Melbourne at their tool box meeting, speaking to over 300 people packed into the lunch sheds.

The latest Mates On A Mission trip saw the fellas travel throughout the Limestone Coast of South Australia.

In 1 week they rolled out 21 sessions with many of these being at the local schools in the area. The Border Watch did a write up on the trip
